Information Technology Unit (ITU) is the main Information Technology Resources provider for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. ITU is equipped with four computer labs, with a total number of 120 computers which are allocated for staff and students to support their researches and studies. ITU operates all 5 working days of the week from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm daily and serves approximately 1500 undergraduate students. Furthermore, ITU developed and maintains the faculty website and learning management system. One Academic Staff member, 3 Academic Supportive Staff members, 4 Temporary Demonstrators and 2 Non-academic Staff Members in the Information Technology field serve the ITU and headed by a Coordinator with necessary exposure in Information and Communication technologies. We work as a team to provide best IT related services to the faculty.
